At KaddyKat Systems, innovation doesn’t happen in a boardroom—it happens on the shop floor at Dent-Techs in Manheim, Pennsylvania.

Every week, their PDR and auto body team sees an incredible variety of vehicles: different heights, depths, thicknesses, and wildly different door, hatch, panel, and sliding door geometries. That constant variety is exactly what has shaped, tested, and refined the KaddyKat™ into the shop tool it is today.

Innovation starts in the PDR bay

Our core product, the KaddyKat™, is continually improved through hands-on use at Dent-Techs.
Their technicians put it to work daily on:

• Doors, hatches, deck lids, and sliding doors
• Different OEM constructions, weights, and hinge designs
• Tight spaces, awkward angles, and challenging panel geometries

Every contact point, every stability adjustment, and every movement of the KaddyKat™ has been honed from this real-world abuse and feedback.

The feedback loop: from techs to tooling

Innovation at KaddyKat Systems is built on a tight, no-nonsense feedback loop:

• In the field: Founder Sean, along with local PDR technicians Mark, Andrew, and Jeff, use the KaddyKat™ in live shop conditions and push it to its limits.
• On the bench: Their findings go straight to our design and fabrication team:
  
  • Galen Kane (GKane Design, LLC) – our industrial designer who turns shop feedback into precise drawings, refinements, and next-generation concepts.

From the first wood-and-metal prototype to the latest production units, every KaddyKat™ that leaves Sean’s bench is better than the one before it. No stone is left unturned—if a tech can feel the difference in stability, reach, or control, we chase it.

Turning feedback into better tools

Because our design and fabrication teams are in constant communication with the people actually using the tool, we can:

• Refine points of contact to fit more door and panel geometries
• Improve stability and balance for safer one-tech workflows
• Dial in heights and clearances for modern vehicle designs
• Evolve components to be stronger, smoother, and more serviceable

This refined approach keeps momentum high and ensures every iteration of the KaddyKat™ pushes quality, durability, and usability forward.

The KaddyQ™: innovation in workflow

Our next product in the KaddyKat Systems lineup is The KaddyQ™—a lighter, streamlined version of the KaddyKat™ designed for staging multiple off-vehicle panels.

Think of the KaddyQ™ as:

• A non-elevating version of the KaddyKat™
• Built with the same rock-solid stability and secure clamping
• Purpose-built to queue and protect customer panels while you work

The goal: increase production, reduce handling time, and optimize your shop’s workflow when multiple doors or panels are off the vehicle.

An all‑in‑one hood, door, and panel system

We’re also closing in on a major upgrade:
a feature set that turns the KaddyKat™ into a go-to stand for hoods, deck lids, hatches, and sliding doors.

That means:

• A single, must-have system for 2026 and beyond that supports PDR, auto body, and related repair workflows in one adaptable tool.

Tools are only as strong as the community behind them.

Alongside our hardware, we’re building a private KaddyKat™ community—a dedicated online space for:

• Direct support and troubleshooting
• Feedback groups that help shape future iterations
• Shared tips, setups, and workflows across PDR, auto body, and related trades
